was given to the saints with pretty names:
Monica, Diego, and Francisco.
And everything in-between was divided
among the Jacintos and Fernandos
exiled to the valleys of infinite despair.
And poor Bernardino,
patron saint of broken down Fords,
was immortalized in an empire of dust.
