Mirror

Life is meant for everyone
Tell me who you are to tell someone, “no”
To tell someone, they do not belong
Everyone has a purpose, no one is wrong
Live your life accordingly, staying at peace, showing prosperity

A life full of blessing shown, but not many open hands
A mother gives birth to a child, there comes another
A human, a person do not classify anyone as other

Mistakes do happen, but merely an action
Leaving happiness, an attraction
Fix up, stand back, ten toes down with hands altogether

Feeling intrigued and surrounded
Wearing all-white, hands tied, feeling extremely wounded
Voices being extracted from a person

Kicking, screaming, let me out
No sound leaves my mouth, as I shout
No voice, while I am being ventriloquized
Seen as a puppet, thrown and sliced

Life is meant for everyone
Tell me who you are to tell someone, “no”
To tell someone, they do not belong
Everyone has a purpose, no one is wrong
Live your life accordingly, staying at peace, showing prosperity

A country full of controversy
President even sees us as different
Look in the mirror, sir, don’t be ignorant
Jobs are urgent; mindset determined;
9-5 jobs, considers us servants

But, *gasp*, peace alas
Looking at life, taking notes as if I was in class
Hoping with flying colors, I pass
Money machine creating green, that looks like grass

Hands to sky
For I am given a blessing
That many take for granted
No work, an easy life to them is handed
We all have someone to thank, so I smile because

Life is will always before everyone
Tell me who you are to tell someone, “no”
To tell someone, they do not belong
Everyone has a purpose, no one is wrong
Live your life accordingly, staying at peace, showing prosperity
Because for us, happiness is destiny
